Orders & Production
- Due to our print-on-demand model, we have 7-10 working days of lead time before shipping any package. Over busier holiday seasons, production can take up to 15 days before shipping.
- Since we print on your demand, we allow a 12-hour window for order cancellation, after which your cancellation request is not guaranteed to be accepted.
- We are not liable for orders placed with false information (unintended cart items, wrong shipping address, etc). So please make sure all the details are clear and correct to avoid this kind of problem.
Returns and Refunds
- We immediately accept your refund request in these cases ONLY:
1- Cancelling within the allowed 12-hour window
2- Receiving damaged or corrupted items (Must be verified with clear images and/or video shots)
3- Receiving items that do not match the description and/or sizing charts provided on the product page (Must be verified with clear images and/or video shots)
- Late cancellation requests (after 12 hours of order placement) are further investigated in order to determine a fair resolution depending on the status of the production process. This fair resolution may turn out to be a full refund, a partial refund, or no refund.
- We use third-party shipping with various carriers. That is why we cannot be expected to solve all shipping issues. However, you can expect all the help we can offer in case of lost-in-mail packages. If your package is evidently lost in the mail, you can request a free replacement from our side.
